The Common Entrance Test (CET) 2009 results will be declared on Monday afternoon across Karnataka. The results will be published in all the 227 exam centres across the State after 1 pm.
As many as 1.2 lakh candidates had appeared for CET conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) on May 6 and 7.
The KEA will publish the ranklist inclusive of the CBSE and ISC results that were declared last week. The CET 2009 counseling is scheduled to begin on June 4 and this year it will be held at three centres - KEA premises Bangalore, Hubli and Gulbarga. The government decided to conduct the counselling in other centres for the benefit of North Karnataka candidates who comprise 30 percent of the total candidates who appear for CET.
The CET results will decide the admissions to the professional courses in Medicine, Dental, Ayurveda courses and Engineering.
