Fee Structure

Fee fixed by Justice H. Rangavittalachar Committee for the year 2006-07

Schedule of Classes

The Undergraduate degree courses of M.B.B.S. and B.D.S. courses are scheduled to begin from 01/08/2006.
The Undergraduate B.E. courses are scheduled to begin from 01/09/2006.

Specific Eligibility Criteria:

MBBS & BDS:
Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination which is 2nd PUC / 10+2 Higher secondary examination or equivalent examination, the last two years of study comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) with English as a compulsory subject, must have passed these subjects individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% of marks taken together in PCB. In addition, in the competitive entrance test, must have secured not less than 50% marks in PCB.

In respect of candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC, the marks obtained in PCB taken together in qualifying examination should not be less than 40% and also score not less than 40% in the Competitive Entrance Test.

BE:
For General category student the minimum qualification for admission to degree program in Engineering should be a pass in the 2nd PUC / 10+2 Higher secondary Examination or equivalent qualifying Examination with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics(PCM), irrespective of marks secured in PCM subjects in the Competitive Entrance Test.

For SC, ST and OBC students the aggregate marks in PCM should be not less than 40% in the qualifying examination, irrespective of marks secured in PCM subjects in the Competitive Entrance Test.

Fee Structure

The fee structure for M.B.B.S., B.D.S., B.E., will be notified college wise and course wise as approved by the Fee Regulation Committee constituted by the Government of Karnataka. In the event of the fee fixed by the Fee Regulation Committee is under challenge by the college then the final fee fixed by the competent body and/or judicial authority will be applicable

Rs. 600/- for PCM Only.
Rs. 800/- for PCMB Only.
